COSCDA will jointly host our Community Development, Housing, Homelessness, and CDBG Disaster Recovery Program Managers Training Conference March 15-18, 2021. State Program Managers of CDBG, HOME, Homelessness Programs and Disaster Recovery can take the opportunity to:

Receive comprehensive training directly from HUD Headquarters staff on the most critical programmatic issues regarding state CDBG, HOME, homelessness programs and Disaster Recovery Program
Learn the best practices of other state program managers through state grantee presentations, roundtables, and discussions of innovative projects
Hear political and budget experts provide legislative and regulatory updates and their outlook on Congress and future funding of our programs.
Share states’ knowledge and experience of program implementation with HUD Headquarters staff.

Registration Fee

The conference fee is $495 (COSCDA members) and $620 (non-COSCDA members) which includes the initial registrant along with 19 additional registrants at no charge - each state agency is allowed a maximum of 20 registrants.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: All cancellation notices must be received in writing by February 22, 2021. A $75.00 fee will be assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 22, 2021. “No Shows” will be billed the full amount. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.
