COSCDA will jointly host our Community Development, Housing, Homelessness, and CDBG Disaster Recovery Program Managers Training Conference March 17-18, 2025. State Program Managers of CDBG, HOME, Homelessness Programs and Disaster Recovery can take the opportunity to:
- Receive comprehensive training directly from HUD Headquarters staff on the most critical programmatic issues regarding state CDBG, HOME, homelessness programs and Disaster Recovery Program.
- Learn the best practices of other state program managers through state grantee presentations, roundtables, and discussions of innovative projects.
- Hear political and budget experts provide legislative and regulatory updates and their outlook on Congress and future funding of our programs.
- Share states’ knowledge and experience of program implementation with HUD Headquarters staff.

Speaker Registration Policy
COSCDA requires speakers and moderators who wish to attend sessions, beyond the session in which they are speaking/moderating, to register.
Training and Conference Registration Restrictions
“COSCDA trainings and conferences are restricted to state administrators of HUD programs in community and economic development, housing, homelessness, and disaster recovery programs."
Dietary Restrictions
Please notify Angel Billingsley ([email protected]) by February 23, 2024 if you have dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian so we can plan accordingly.
Hotel destination fee $26.00
No guest who books through the Booking Link or the sales department will be charged the $26 fee. ($30 w/ Tax). The $26 destination fee will show when making the reservation. However, the front desk will remove the charge before check-out. |
CANCELLATION NOTICE: All cancellation notices must be received in writing by February 21, 2025. A $75.00 fee will be assessed for all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 21, 2024. “No Shows” will be billed the full amount. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing.
