Hosted by: Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity
COSCDA will jointly host our Annual Training Conference on September 15-17, 2025. State agency leaders and program managers of CDBG, HOME, Homelessness and Disaster Recovery programs can take the opportunity to:
- Receive comprehensive training directly from HUD Headquarters staff on the most critical programmatic issues regarding state CDBG, HOME, homelessness and disaster recovery programs.
- Learn the best practices of other state program managers through state grantee presentations, roundtables, and discussions of innovative projects.
- Hear political and budget experts provide legislative and regulatory updates and their outlook on Congress and future funding of our programs.
- Share states’ knowledge and experience of program implementation with HUD Headquarters staff.
Don’t miss out! This year as in years past the COSCDA 2025 Annual Training Conference will be a valuable experience for all who attend - Come join us!
