CANCELLATION NOTICE:  All cancellation notices must be received in writing by August 30, 2021. A $75.00 fee will be assessed for all cancellations.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 30, 2021. “No Shows” will be billed the full amount. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing to abillingsley@coscda.org.

COSCDA Members: 
$495.00 - The first person to register from your agency.
$100.00 - Each subsequent registration for a staff member from the same agency.

Non-COSCDA Members:
$660.00 - The first person to register from your agency.
$100.00 - Each subsequent registration for a staff member from the same agency.
